Want to get involved in Communities of Excellence – Living the 8 Keys? You can! Here’s how:

1. Talk it up to teachers, principals, district administrators and PTA members

• The more schools and school districts that know about CoE, the more students we will reach.
• If you can set up a meeting, use this PowerPoint to present CoE.
• Click here for more CoE talking points.

2. Become a CoE Champion in your community

• CoE positively impacts students, schools and entire communities.
• Solicit the endorsement of key community leaders, as we did in Oceanside from such people as the mayor, the police chief, city council members, the Chamber of Commerce, the military at Camp Pendleton, and educators. In the box on the right, you’ll find links to sample endorsement letters.
• Review the talking points you can use when telling people in your community about CoE. Watch this program overview PowerPoint and share it with others. Bottom line – show your passion!
• Talk with business leaders about CoE, share this CoE Partner presentation with them, and suggest they adopt a school.

3. Adopt a School or Classroom

• CoE can be implemented in a classroom of 20 or more students or in an entire school for a full year for just $10 per student.
• You can donate online, download a donation form, email us or call us at 760-305-7317 if you wish to make a personal or corporate donation.
• The top box on the right shows you all the ways to fund a school CoE program.

4. Become a CoE Partner

• Your organization can make a difference for kids, contribute to excellence in your community, and help build excellence in America.
• Become a Founding Partner within your community or at the national level.
• Learn more about the benefits of becoming a CoE Partner.

5. Sign up for an Individual CoE Program

• When you sign up for CoE for an individual student or family you gain a full of year of online access to our CoE lessons, activities and content, a set of CoE KeyCards, The 8 Keys of Excellence book, and a CoE poster.
• The cost for this entire program is only $75.
• Please complete theIndividual CoE Program Agreement.
